Boondi Raita

Boondi raita is a popular Indian side dish made with boondi, which are small, fried balls of chickpea flour. The boondi are mixed with yogurt and flavored with spices such as cumin, coriander, and chaat masala. Raita is a refreshing condiment that is often served with spicy dishes to balance out the heat. Some people also like to add chopped vegetables or fruit to their boondi raita, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or mangoes. Boondi raita is easy to make at home and can be served as a side dish or a dip.
