Momos are a popular dish originating from Nepal and Tibet, and are similar to Chinese dumplings. They are small, steamed or fried pockets of dough filled with a variety of fillings such as minced meat, vegetables, or tofu. They are often served with a spicy dipping sauce or chutney. Momos are a popular snack or appetizer and are often found at street stalls and restaurants in Nepal and other parts of Asia.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- Filling of your choice (such as minced chicken, vegetables, or cheese)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Gradually add the water and milk, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of the circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a semi-circle shape. Pinch the edges together to seal the momo.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Gently place the momos in the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float to the top.
- Remove the momos from the water and serve with a dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
